There is a black 2003, non X50, with wood int. (yuck!!) on ebay. Still has a few days to go and it's at $106K already. 4K miles. I think prices on the turbo's are on an up swing.

996turbo,
That car on ebay is an x-50 tip with an original MSRP over 149k. Personally I hope turbo prices continue to be soft until I find mine!

You are right Doc.....I just read the top half. Maybe being an X50 car will makeup for all that lumber inside.. Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=10156

I think your car is worth 95. I know options/mods aren't worth much but to the "right" buyer it is. I'm sure someone would easily fall in love with your car after seeing/driving it and spend the extra 5-7 K over an equivalent 01 car for all you've done.

Andy I would wait until you have both for at least a month and make sure that you are completely happy with the Gallardo.

You can expect to get about half your money for your mods if you are lucky. I would say keep the turbo until you are sure the Gallardo is what you want. You will not find a group as awesome as this in the Lambo world.

I want I Lambo too, a Diablo but no way I would trade the RED BEAST for one. I have to make enough dough to have both!

Andy, I'm in the same quandry. I'm getting close to where I have to commit on my Callardo order, BUT, the thought of giving up my GT2 is distressing. I know how much I like and enjoy it, far better than any Turbo I've had in the past, but seeing/hearing the Lambo at the Nurburgring got my attention. I went through a similar Porsche to Ferrari change (308 quattro and 512 Boxer), years ago, but it didn't last. Geez,

Gentleman, have any of you seen the Top Gear Gallardo video? Tiff was not too impressed by the end of it, particularly with the handling....

Andrew....if you are intent on going the Lambo route, trade the Turbo for the upcoming Murcielago Roadster.
