Question EVOMS Stage3 Exhaust Questions...

So I'm tossing around the idea buy this:

Tuning Package Stage 3VF:
EVO Proprietary X50/S GIAC ECU Calibration,
EVO Billet 90 Degree Diverter Valves,
EVO/Milltek Sport Exhaust w/100 Cell Catalysts
EVO V-Flow Air Induction

Now i'm looking for the quietest possible compatible aftermarket exhaust, any suggestions?

Go for it, this will tranform your TTS to another level and you will never regret! You should also consider header to Stage 4.

Miltek has turned in to the only exhaust we will sell that I know doesn't make noise. You can not go wrong. Good back pressure drop without noise.

Question

I don't want to mess around with any "Calibrated wastegate modification" which turns me away from the Stage4.. Plus I'm worried the headers would make it too loud.
So you guys are saying the "EVO/Milltek Sport Exhaust w/100 Cell Catalysts" is not going to be much louder than stock? Are there any quieter exhaust options out there that are compatible?

Any exhaust that reduces almost 3/4s of the backpressure will be louder. But it is one of the quietest ones out there. Also FWIW you do NOT have to do a wastegate mod for a level 4 program.

Wastegate mod is probably the best thing for you to do for your car. It will give you a sustained 1.2 Bar.

So between Ruf, Europipe Quiet, and the EVO/MillTek exhaust, which is the quietest? And are both the Ruf and Europipe Quiet compatible with the package? They say on their website that you can email them for a list of compatible exhausts, and so I did email them but I have not heard back from them yet.

So assuming that power vs loss of power is not an object I'll try to answer this since we've done 'em all I'll start with the "quietest" inside the car whilst driving on the free way and cruising:

1)RuF
2)Europipe
3)AWE
4)EVO/MillTek
5)FVD
6)Fabspeed

From hammering the throttle and at WOT the quietest (which is probably what you don't want?) is:

1)AWE
2)RuF
3)Europipe
4)MillTek
5)FVD
6)Fabspeed

I have the exact setup you suggest, except I have a Remus exhaust.

I dynoed at 516 RWHP with the 91 octane program at 78 degrees. That's probably right under 600 HP at the crank. I love the sound of my Remus and wouldn't change it.

I do say "I can't believe how loud it is" in the video. But it's because the car is so quiet inside.
