Stephen from Imagine Auto has dynoed many of the exhaust and he reports being blown away by the new fabspeed. Reports good dyno numbers with no DRONE.. the group buy is great.. I think he is selling them for 2800.00 for those who are interested.

 

Yea the new Fabspeed caught my eye, great bang for the buck and sounds 100X better then all of the other Fab versions!

 

I had a Ruf exhaust. It won't flow the hp we are running without alot of backpressure. I really don't believe the 9ff exhaust sounds better than my Europipe. Then again, I haven't heard a 9ff exhaust. Then again, I don't have a regular Europipe exhaust.

 

Yea im not up there, but the 590 RUF exhaust is suppose to be very free flowing, more so then the others and much more so ive been told then the early models!

Fabspeed was the winner of the horsepower test that was independetly conducted. I have had several Fabspeed exhaust systems on my 1997 993 turob and my 996 turbo and have been completely satisfied. They sound great and make awesome power. I have no affliation with them other than being a happy customer!

 

Haha, cant beat it for the performance, its just that people hated the BLATTING loud sound and drone, now its been fixed!

Yeah I love Fabspeed I don't care how loud it is if it is too loud then you
are too old! I remember taking a friend for a ride in my tt when it was new and it was so quiet it was stupid! Now throw that bad Fabspeed on and now we are talking!

 

LOL what's funny and i say it a million times. Im so fuggin busy througout the day i dont know how i have the time or rack up the posts, prob because my phone is attached to my hip, i get alerts and then post right away LOL!

How about the JIC titanium exhaust that Vivid is selling? Looks sweet, and if it's 3" piping that's the way I'm going to go. Anyone have an unbiased review of it yet?

 

I'm interested in a 2nd opinion on the JIC exhuast although I heard the europipe loud version at lucent recently and I think i'm leaning toward that route...
