Todd - The tippy is running good. Congrats on the times/mph.

Powell - That car has a 9.9 @ 150 mph in it. I hope you get it.

My GT2 managed to trap 143. I also set a personal best in the Z06 of 10.61 @ 136.xx - all motor.

What kind of nasty cam you got in that LS7 to be trapping 136 mph?

It's milder than you would think. I'll have to look up the specs. It has been stroked to a 454 and was built as a compromise between the street and road racing. I'm thinking the motor will need freshened up this winter and I will drop in a full race cam since the car is not going to be a street car anymore.

All motor 138-140 traps are just around the corner in that car.

Though, with the way that car has run over the past few years it's hard to say it needs to be freshened up! Thing just keeps getting faster all by it's self.

454 LS7 stroker, yeah that doesn't need a huge cam to make big power. Will it be a drag car or a road race car? I can't believe how nasty those C6 Z06's can be made N/A!

It is a road course car and always will be. Solid bushings, big sway bars, coil overs. I do the drag racing for fun.

There is a guy that comes to the Corvette meet with a C6 Z06 with some Katech C6 RS parts, Katech heads and cam and running the Moton Clubsport suspension with Hoosier R6's that car pretty gets pointed by all the time at track events and the guys can drive the pants off of it! Are you running the Pfadt stuff?

Sway bars are from MTI in GA. All the rest of the suspension is DRM (Doug Rippie Motorsports). DRM is also responsible for the engine work and hopefully will be doing a full cage here soon.

What tires are you running, is there any more traction available off the line?

Tires were 315/45/16" MT Drag Radials 2. Traction was limited because if I launched to hard it would spin/wheel hop. I am super happy though I was able to 1.7x 60ft it though. I did go one 1.70 but the time slip is still in the car. I missed 3rd on that pass though.

Awesome e.t. and trap Chris!! 36mph from 1/8 to 1/4 with the 149mph trap, that is a hell of a run. Not to mention on stock internals, that's another story Congrats to you and Boost Logic bro.

I keep forgetting your a former domestic guy, I am very impressed with your tire choice! Your car is coming unglued at the top end of the track and picking up some serious mph. I know that 1.7x 60 foot time would have netted you a 9.9x!
