Worlds fastest GT2...what to do

[quote=AtomicZ;2842601]Ben's car is a little bit of a freak. LOL We over-layed our graphs and I didn't catch Ben until 170 mph. I short shifted the heck out of the first three gears so I would think I have a better 0-186 in the car but I was only worried about the mph at the end of the mile and didn't car about any times.

Unless some aero is figured out on the GT2 - you drive SlossFathers car at you own risk above 200. My mile run at 206 was the scariest ride of my life. I need to figure out if it has to do with alignment, downforce or what but the the car was all over the place.

As far as S-351 GT2 goes at the mile, here is what I would do:

2 runs: one shake down run to 200 mph or so

Next run I would go ***** out from 0-186 (medium launch) and try to
set/break the world record for Porsche 0-300 KPH.

I believe Joe ran a 14.4 or a 14.8 seconds and Veyrons run about 3 seconds slower.... S-351 GT2 should break into the 13's

You know at that AT, his IATs must have been high enough to start retarding timing. Did he do more than one run etc?

Is it time to hit 3's from 60-130?????

We intend to build a 997 GT2...3.8/4.0l, porting heads, reground cams, HTA GT3586R's..etc and boost it up!!

I know bolt-ons 997tt's already saw low to mid 4's

Could we hit 3's??

this is my 2nd run comparing it to the 1st... having a 62mm turbo on a 1.8l engine can be a little laggy... i actually started this pull @ 58mph and it was a bit slower to spool up..but it was doing a little better on top as i gave it a little more boost :P

The car has been 11.17@128 at about 30-40whp less than these runs...

Acura Integra, I determined it by his name.....the car on his dyno sheet, and last but not least him mention of a 62 mm turbo on a 1.8L!

Built B18C5?
