Good Luck with the new C-6....Why don't you keep both cars for a little while...You might change your mind after a month or so...I also owned a Z-06 with 550+h.p. ..Glad I kept the TT...

I think it's WAY too early to be giving a deposit on a mass-produced car that won't be too hard to get. They will be making thousands upon thousands of them and there isn't a need to leave $ now without them guaranteeing you a discount off MSRP. If you want to make the right move, I'd suggest calling Kerbeck in Atlantic City, as they are one of the biggest Vette movers in the country. The number is 1-800-578-3883 and ask for Vicki or Kristen.

i disagree with you Jim. the deposit first of all is fully nonrefundable up to the point you put in the invoice for the car-secondly, I am already guaranteed MSRP in writing, thirdly, $1000.00 is not alot of money to have held up for the piece of mind of making sure I have first grabs and GUARANTEED MSRP. one of our moderators hooked me up with the largest vette dealer in long island and Atlantic City trip is only for when I'm ready to play some blackjack. My biggest problem now is whether I keep the tt or not. perhaps I'll keep it- don't forget I'm a specialist not a general dentist!

Let's agree to disagree. I don't think piece of mind and MSRP is necessary because you are talking about a car that will be available in large quantities. To give someone $1000 for almost 2 years in that situation isn't something I think you need to do, but far be it for me to make you lie awake at night wondering if you'll ever lay your hands on a Z06.
