Has nothing to do with money. I used to drive a beat up Honda but I didn't add 3 foot wings in the back, outragious body kit, 20 inch wheels, japanese writing on the hood, neon lights, huge tach on the dash, fart can muffler, or any of that stuff. It's just funny to see what people do with their cars ... I thought the video was 
. It has nothing to do with money. In fact, I don't know if you would believe how much money some people spend on their "cheap" cars. A friend of a friend of a friend is a "ricer" and he has spent over $70,000 ricing out his Volkswagon. Granted, a lot of them don't have much money which is why they have homemade bodykits and that type of thing, which is to look at hehehe.
