It's for sale. I was thinking about turning into a supermotard bike shop, but if SM won't let it be a simple gas station can you imagine the noise from a bunch of street legal dirt bikes? If you are really interested call me and we should lok intonit together.

 

Richard, I definitely will call you... I think we should make it into a pit stop for exotic car fanatics. only issue is potential soil contamination after removal of the underground storage tanks but we would only find out after doing an environmental report.
