Performance Box Owners....

OK, where is all the 60-130 data from the recent Pbox buy...I hope this isnt going to turn into the ax22 group buy where little data was posted. I have an excuse, my engine is on the stand at the moment, but i will be running in the snow if that is what it takes... Poor Markski is carrying the 60-130 banner at the moment... running in sub freezing temps, heck he may post a 60-130 with snow tires.. Scott, we may need another category! He already burnt up a PBOX he was running it so hard.. Come on guys...Kevin

You know I'll post once I get back to the states. I'll have my buddy Peter get some baseline runs in his car this week. Currently, all he has is a stock TT with Protomotive tune. That is until he gets his VRAlexander treatment in the next couple of months.

Kevin, We have about 4 feet of snow on the ground and it is still snowing. Temp. is a balmy 5 degrees. The ice ruts in the street prevent anyting but a 4 wheel SUV from driving....so unless I can get the PB to work in the garage I'm SOL.

justdumb is infamous around these parts
My PBox showed up with a broken "OK" button and I haven't had a chance to mail it back to VBOX USA yet. I'll get it out this week. My 996TT times won't be all that interesting, but I'll grab some numbers from other cars that should be good for comparison purposes.

The weather here now is perfect for 60-130 runs.

Hi K,

I can't seem to find a level piece of highway in the Atlanta area near where I live. Is there an allowable amount of grade, up or down, for a valid run, or has everyone with validated postings done it on a level stretch of road?

Thanks,

Al

My first run wasn't validated by Jean so I'm waiting to get another unit and another run. The new brakes are on so I'll be able to get a proper pump gas run done in the next few weeks. I'm keeping the higher boost program up my sleeve for a few more months .

I hope more people post there numbers as well! it benefits us as a whole
to see actual numbers with different setups to compare, see whats working & whats not. Even if the numbers aren't what we expect! Information is
power & will help everybody make educated decisions with future mods!

Scott, that would be great...a before and after for the proto build. Kevin

Martin, I actually did it in Queens. there's a long straight going towards
beach channel! Let me know we'll take a ride. KPG told me that was the
best place out of all the runs logged.
