Because I'm bored, I'll clarify. Jean was correct (thank you, Jean).

If one reads the above quoted comment, there's actually nothing argumentative about GIAC's ability to custom build. It was a statement of fact.

That GIAC was "found to be the best" is where I was hoping for more specific "evidence" or information to support as that is a statement of opinion and therein lies the statement that I was hoping to learn the reasons why.

Directed verdict overuled.
