Hi all, I've been reading with great interest all the types of chips, exhausts, turbos, etc. to achieve significant gains in peak HP and Torque. However most of the curves I've seen do little to help low-end torque. From my experience, there's not a lot you can do besides increasing displacement, but I thought I'd inquire if anyone has found any clever ways to boost torque at low RPM?

With the Turbo's short gearing, you'd trash the tranny in no time if you significantly boosted TQ below 2500 prm. Perhaps an 8L V10 Viper ( geared to hit 60 mph in 1st gear) is what you are looking for.

 

Small tube S Car Go headers (1-1/2"), header wrap and S Car Go carbon fiber intake.

 

I think there's plenty of low end torque here.. **** if I'd used normal tires (aka sticky ones) then things coulda gotten ugly in here:
