Nav System Voice Volume?

Is there any way to adjust this? Sometimes it's too soft, sometimes it's too loud. How do you control it?

It has an independent volume control. It's under a settings menu that you can navigate to when you're in the Nav system's menu. I'll look more when I'm in the car next.

Thanks Ive tried looking for it and couldnt find it. I know it's kind of dependant on the volume of the music, but I can turn the volume up on the music, and the nav system voice is super low. And then it will spit out another direction and its really loud what!

I looked earlier and found it. It was the "Volume" menu item on the main navigation page... You can't miss it, I promise. Just hit "NAVIGATION" and look around.

Ahh, haha Thanks. I wonder if there is the "autopilot" function in the nav voice system too or something along those lines. I'll go check it out tonight thanks Justin!

I guess that's something they decided to improve in the 997. My nav voice is adjusted by turning the volume control while the nav voice is speaking. No hidden menus.

Now that we're talking about navs, you know what I dont get? Why does Acura have such an awesome touch screen that comes standard... and the mighty Porsche still has the inferior dial wheel? Even in the new 997!

The way things are going, we're going to have to wait till the 998 to possibly get the touchscreen... 10 years behind others.

That's no excuse. They do every other aspect to the highest level, throw in a touch screen!

My 2004 Turbo Cab NAV volume is adjusted the same way, so it's nothing new.
