I did not come up with the term...that's what my friends who do forced induction for Miatas call it. They are in Grand Junction, CO. They complain about it all the time! Must not have 76 stations there. As I said earlier, you are very fortunate to have 100.

I only use 100octane when at the tracks...

Of course if you do not have programming to take advantage of the 100 octane you're wasting your money.

We're stuck with 91 octane in Cali. Anyone know where to get Sonoco 100 in San Diego. The closest station on the web is in Irvine which take 1/2 tank to get to and back.

its not about the programming to make power, is just about the smoothness of the burn with less chance of detination....at 130 mph and over...your engine is working pretty damn hard and dealing with alot of excess heat...having the 100 octane just allows for less chance of ANYTHING happening...



Trust me, its worth it!

sunoco gt plus 104 unleaded (light blue) best gas I can get around here 400 a 55 gallon tank.
