House Fire: Need A New 996TT Cab

I had a house fire about two weeks ago... the house is levelled but we are all ok... and that's what counts.

We were all inside at the time and ran out when we saw smoke. We don't have a scratch and the dog came out too. The fire started somewhere in the garage near the back wall... The fire marshall's office believe its an electrical short or some similar cause but there isn't enough evidence for an official conclusion yet.
Insurance is covering everything... contents, house reconstruction, living expenses and rental cars. Right now we are waiting for the car insurance company to get off their asses.
The 996TT and BMW 330i in the garages exploded first and the other two cars caught fire before we could move them.
This is what the car used to look like:

Here's what's left of the 996TT:

Anyways... where in Toronto can I find a 2004 996TT Cabriolet in Basalt Black (6 speed manual) with under 15,000kms?
I also need to get the car chipped, tinted and locate a removable hardtop.
We got the car from MVL Leasing and saw a bone stock 2004 Cabriolet at World Fine Cars. Right now we are still looking for cars.
We also need a BMW 545i and a VW Jetta 1.8T... both manual transmissions.
Any recommendations?
Sorry to hear about the fire dude, glad you're ok.
That's MY CAR!! You bought it from Doug after I imported it from the US! I only kept it for a month or so last fall - you must have bought it! Small world!

I am sorry to hear about this and the most important thing is that you and your family are living. I know that you like your 911 alot but at the end its just a car and your safety comes first.
I do hope you find yourself a Black Turbo.

Sorry about the house, I'm glad everyone is ok.
I dunno what advice to give you other than check the autotrader for a new car...I think I saw quite a few Turbo Cab's on there before when I was seeing how much I could "get" for mine.
Don't worry so much about the mileage. Why buy a car that has less than 15,000 kms when your warranty will expire after 4-years/80,000 kms anyway. The 4-years will expire before the 80,000 kms on pretty much any 996 Turbo Cab on the market.
