Techart floor mats...

Just tried putting them in my car but I guess you need to drill new holes for the screw attachments...What is the best way to make these holes?? THe instructions kind of suck!!

I say leave them with no holes - they are so easy to clean with a quick brush of the hand and a shaking since the carpet is so smooth - they don't move around on me at all...I love the quality - I have had them in all my porsches

Misindi,

There's no need to drill holes. Just push down really hard through the floor carpet and twist in to lock. Make sure you have them in the right spot.

Best place for Techart.. I'm not sure, but CEC in CA and German Tech in FL have been helpful.

Can anyone help on this one?

Darren - those are the exact mats I got...Except I found ouut that my driver one has the shoe protector even though I did not want it...I guess I'll livewith it though.
So now you guys are confusing me more! I am debating whether I should make holes for the new mat holders or just leave them 'free-floating'...??
