Probably a question of sound more than anything.

You've been a while considering you bought the TT as a stopgap. Getting hooked on the package?

Stage 1 is fine, unless you plan on more than 600hp. No need to pay more for the stage 2. Thats the advice I was given. Good luck.

I have an X50 TT stock with the stage 2 quiet...I also do not plan extensive mods...choose stage 2 because of k24 turbos. But probably stage 1 would have been good. Also agree sound is big factor...you have been to EP site right?

I am thinking of getting the EP 1 as well. I was curious if there is anything else that is as quiet as the EP, such as Milltek or something else?

The EP is sweet, but if I can save some $, that would be great!

Europipe is the best thing EVER to touch your car. Get the stage 2 LOUD and the Hammer file and you will be laughing! Europipre is the ONLY option!

hey ari, ive had the 911 for about 9 months now and ive driven it approx 5,000 miles. The car is amazingly quick and the power is smooth. I changed the stock tires to the mich ps2s and some of the road noise went away but this car is still really loud. I had my wheel bearings checked out and they are fine.

My only gripe about the car is i "think" it lack some soul. I cant put my finger on it. I have a 98 M3 that is bone stock, ive had it since day 1 and the car doesn't do anything particularly well, but the total package just works and i get a grin every time i drive it. The 911 is a different animal, the power is amazing but its almost too easy. The steering is precise but it too is a bit too easy. The breaks stop fine but they don't feel like they're picking the pavement up. I don't know, maybe I'm making no sense. All that being said, I'm probably going to hold onto the 911 for another year or two.

Seems like i cant go wrong with EP1 or 2 so ill prob go with 2 cuz id like to hear the exhaust as opposed to all this road noise.

am i wrong for thinking the stock brakes feel on the soft side for a car of this caliber?
