Hey Guys

First timer here. Thanks for having me. I have the factory sport exhaust on my 03 996 C4S. Do you think I will gain any better sound doing this mod or should I step up to something like the Fabspeed Cup Bypass? Thanks good to be a member.

We're trying to copy the sport exhause design, you don't need to do anything to yours and no you won't gain more hp from this exhaust mod.

No one here claimed to gain HP. We do it because we can get better sound from stock exhaust and not paying $$ for aftermarket. On weight matter, you are not gaining weight if you have the stock on the car right now. Correct that, less than 2 lbs.

80-90% sounds about right, considering I paid about $3300 for my PSE it sounds like a damn good deal! Here is a clip of my 997S PSE for comparison.

+1 here, an approx. 12" 2.5" can't be much weight, and a lot lighter than the GF monster purse.
