996 Interior Lighting Bulbs.

So I want to change the 3 main interior bulbs which are on the headliner in the middle of the windsheild to some xenon color instead of the nasty factory yellowish color.

My question for anyone who has "lighting" knowledge is what kind of bulbs should I get.

In the Porsche owners manual, the middle interior light is a "K 10 W" bulb, and the 2 other bulbs, the reading lights are "6 W Xenon" bulbs.

With lighting bulbs, there are always all these different names/codes for the same bulb, so I am just painfully confused on all this. I googled and searched for the bulbs, but had no luck.

Thanks,
Alex

Just remove your factory ones and go to a shop/store. Compare your bulbs to new ones that look alike.
