go to suncoast (here)

http://e-partssales.com/Merchant2/me..._Code=996exttr

and buy the part. You won't need to replace the whole assembly, just the top chromey-looking part. Carefully snap off the top cover from the new part, and while activating the washer (one person), the second person holds it on the deployed position. The new part snaps/slide in. Don't use it at highway speeds. This seems to be the usual sitiation when it flies away!.

i hope this helps, it haven't happened to me but I read it online somewhere (renntech??... probably!!!)

regards,

-joel

There's a recent thread on this. Seems that it is pretty common. It just happened to me about two weeks ago

If you need a driver's side, there's one on ebay (no affiliation).

Very good point, I didn't know the cost of a new one. I have a MK1 that needs two (previous style) headlight washer nozzles, and they are $110 each!

Well, I had a different experience. Someone actually ripped mine off and stole them... I'm confused, theirs probably flew off but I would have never imagined a Porsche owner to rip them off some one else's ride to replace theirs.
