Take some speaker wire strip the ends and wrap it around the RCA cable metal ends then ground them. I have a feeling this may be it.

If your crossovers are in the front then I would doubt its the crossover.

Double check the ground of the amp and the Headunit as well just in case.

Just finished putting in a Boston Acoustics Amp with my new Kenwood DNX7120 and love it. Now, I am considering replacing my dash and door speakers and I am looking for speakers that will fit the existing mounts. What would people recommend?

It would be nice if Porsche just sold the door speaker mounts out of the HPAS so that you could get 2 speakers in each door while retaining an OEM looks.
