Kevin car looks sweet, I went w/H&R coilover and am really slammed, however all over again X74 but your setup sounds good, time to spend $200 at the dealer and do the alignment and as well if you really want to set it up right do a corner balance nothing more important then that and probably 90% of the guys who are on this forum have never done it ( NO OFFENSE MEANT), changes everything about the way your car handles at factory height or after lowering!!!

Thanks for the advise Marc about the corner balance. I was going to have it aligned after my next track event just to make sure it settles a bit. I will check into the corner balancing as well

i just swapped my suspension out for the ROW M030. i haven't really noticed any change in the allignment and my steering wheel is still centered.

is it OK to wait a month or so before getting my new allignement done to let the suspension settle a bit and for my new rear tires to come in??? just wanting to make sure.

thanks

wow kevin, i'd be fairly worried about doing meaningful trackwork after such a change without doing an alignment (corner balance or not)!

Great write-up!
The car sits perfect and looks great.
Do an alignment before the track and you'll be set.

Kevin, car looks amazing! Did you have to get your fenders rolled for the techart 19's? Rubbing issues? Also, can you give me the specs on the wheels. Thanks!

I am about to replace the coil springs on my car and am looking for a step by step guide. The one here looks pretty good but I cannot see Kevins pics in the wirteup - I simply see a blank with 'shop wiki.com' in it!!

Anyone know how I can view these pics as it would be really helpful for me as they kinda go hand on hand with Kevins notes?

or if anyone can point me in the direction of any other guides for either 996 or 997 coil spring replacement that would be great!

thanks in advance

although his car pics of a similar vintage are still visible - i guess its the way they are uploaded - what a pain, it renders the thread and instructions pretty much useless!

Anyone else got any tips on how to replace the front coil springs, or a direction to a similar thread

Kevin,

Love the Ride, where did you get your front bumper? Been looking around for something very similar simple but yet aggressive.

Is it poly or fiberglass?

Thanks
