X74 or PSS9

I need some input on wich suspension to choose for my C4. The X74 or the PSS9. This is my everyday driver and I am looking for a sporty look with a good feeling ride.

This is the official description....The Bilstein PSS9 Suspension Kit provides the ultimate in performance tuning. The fully adjustable monotube gas shock absorbers offer a selection of nine precise compression and rebound settings - from comfort to competition. The front and rear progressive rate springs allow accurate adjustment of the vehicle ride height and center of gravity for the level of performance you seek. Whether it's a weekend at the track or the daily commute, absolute handling and control are just a few twists away.

I have the PSS9 kit in stock for the 996 C4. It's on sale for $2499

I vote X74. I've had it in my 2003 C2 Cab for 5 months now, car is on tracks around twisties. However, it's just at the acceptable limit for a hard ride. Iwould think the PSS9 might be too harsh for street use where you will hit bumps and pot holes.

The PSS9's are not harsh.

You will obviously not go wrong with either set-up. Your choice will depend on your intended use, budget, and taste (ride height). Let us know what you get and post pictures.

You can't lose with either choice. The PSS9 kit is in no way harsh.

Carnewel price:
PSS9 1895 euro
X74 1995 euro

The PSS9's offer adjustable ride height and single adjustable shocks. The X-74's are Porsche products which make some more comfortable should they experience problems.
