I wanted to offer my high praises for the excellent product he's produced for my '02 996 iPod integration.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a better solution for integrating their iPod directly into their system. The integration is so good in fact, that you can notice the quality difference between differently encoded music files and CDs.

My only criticism would be that the kit should cost more than the $65 bucks he's charging

If you want an iPod kit but dont want to add some crappy aftermarket head unit, get this, it works great.

yep- way to go on the innovation, and seems like a very nice guy. With a proper website and shopping cart, could probably get $149 for it - Don't forget EVERYTHING made for pcars is overpriced. LOL

Interesting new product idea- make a small adapter piece so the new 3G iphones charge in the 997.2 cars. $50 / each - no-brainer.

Also, no one can ever walk out of the apple store without laying down at least $100.
When ipods first came out, that xmas the partners of the firm I was at got everyone an ipod...
we were sure it was a scam gift to boost their apple stock, because of course we all had to spend a couple bills just to get the basics to be able to enjoy the damn thing....
carrying case, car adapters, etc, etc, etc.

Thanks so much for the kind words Tim!
I'm glad that everybody has been happy with them.

At this point my target market is my fellow 6speed members. I know that I could charge more, but there's really no reason to. I'd rather pass on the savings and offer a better product to my peers for a better price than the competition.

In the next week or two I'm sure you'll start to see some of these showing up on eBay, I'm working with my suppliers now to get more units together. I think eBay's a better outlet as smaller mom&pop websites haven't been doing well lately... GoogleAds swallows all the smaller fish.

Maybe someone should mention the product to the Indy shops around.
