That's a Powerflow. Had one years ago. Total piece of junk--saps power and trips CEL all the time. I'm sure they don't sell them anymore. Run the other way...

My thought exactally. BUT the issue is heat soak and the movement of air. I was considering building an isolation box for it. Heck I got it cheap off Ebay. I figured it was worth a try. You have to admit the air will flow better than in the stock config. It is a smooth tube. The Fabspeed claim to fame is its smoth tube design from the airbox to the engine.
