PSS9 setting recommends

PSS9 setting
Hi Guys,
My PSS9 is here. I’m getting my baby install soon. I'm worry about rubbing issues. I have a 2000 C2. My HRE 540R is 19â€, front 245/30 and back 315/25. Most of my time is city driving and sometime cruising.
1. What damping adjustment setting?
2. How much should I low and do I need to roll my fenders?
3. Do I need a camber as well?
