Running Lights Mod for your 996.

Well I got some good news for anyone that was interested. I was able to establish some pricing with the person that provided me with the RLM for my vehicle. I have talked to Chuck about creating a GB but wanted the interest from all first.

The set will be $175 (includes shipping to lower 50 states and Paypal Fees), which will include the follow:

2 Running Light Mod strips w/ plastic housing
4 Mounting Brackets w/ Misc Screws
Wiring for both lights
I can include Wire Taps while supplies last!

Let me know if your interested

Can these be turned on with just the parking lights on so that the head lights are not on? And, are these as bright as the Audi's in the day time? Thanks

Goofy looking. Can't imagine why anyone would want to put these tacky lights on a nice 996.

Cool

My only question is the cost.

I know it is a Porsche so everything cost 10X what it should...but geeze.

Look on ebay. There are tons of LED bumper strip lights for around $5.

Actually...$2.59 shipped http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=250464991875

Sorry

They absolutely look like a $5 item. They belong on a 1995 Honda Civic with ground trash.

FYI....I'm not trolling. I have twice as many posts here than you do.

I never said they were the same....but come on, they are a strip of LEDs.

Price seems high to me as LED strip lights are very cheap nowdays.

That's all I have to say.

Good luck on your group buy.

I'm interested. Do they need to be used with xenons or will standard lights work?
