I recently pick up a set of OEM litronic headlight for my 99 c2, I notice the plug is completly diffrent, have anyone here done the conversion and how did you guy change the plugs?

 

No one done the upgrade here?

Same plug for me too. Really easy replacement for my '00 996 C2, especially b/c I didn't install the new control module that makes the projectors assist the high beam. Literally plug and play.

forgot to mention I have a 99 the headlight is from a 01 turbo. I'm doing a face lift test fitting the headlight and realize it is NOT plug and play..

 

Well, there you go. 99 and 01 probably have different plugs, since the headlight design changed. I have a 99 and did the Litronic upgrade and it was the easiest swap I have ever done.

 

I wonder if anyone know what I need to do to get them work. I don't want to replace the harness.. the headlight harness is like 350 each

 

I only got the headlight and fender, I didn't know I need more than that, if you can send me the instuction and diagram I appericate. Where is LA dismantler?

 

where did you get stuff this cheap?????? I spend about $2300 for just the front end. I got headlights for $1000, Fenders off ebay $600, MkII GT3 replica front bumper $700. And it seems like I still missing bunch of stuff... I already have a 04 GT3 in my garage i'm trying to made my 99 C2 looks the same.. both are black. I'll park the car side by side and take some pics when I'm done.
