Try adding some alcantara to the leather interior, on top of whatever alum/cf etc.

Yes CF is sure pricey but then again what on this car isn't!!!! For those that have painted the interior trim pieces silver is the finish durable enough? Not like our stock trim parts are any good as most have faded away.

Nope, no resistors are needed for interior LEDS. The only reason to use resistors are to avoid the bulb failure light in the dashboard that warns about exterior bulb failure.
