Looks nice. What was the damage? That's a lot in repair.

while learning to rotate the car on the skid pad, the car under steered off the pad an went into a rain ditch when I didn't correct properly. damage to the front and rear bumpers, rt. radiator, condenser, suspension, oil pan, undercarriage cover, control arm, etc.

Fortunately, AAA insurance stepped up and paid for the damage. sadly, Bilstein wasn't willing to replace the one broken shock and I had to buy a whole new PSS9 kit. Fortunately, I was able to upgrade to GT3 control arms, baffled oil pan, 997 GT3 front bumper, GT3TEK side skirts, wing and rear diffuser. We tinted the the head and tail lights to hide the amber color. I like the new look much better.

Where did you purchase the 997 GT3 bumper? Is it Poly or fiberglass?

www.nrauto.com It is Poly. doesn't quite fit perfectly so a little massaging by the body shop is on order. I am extremely happy with the look even though the combination of the PSS9s and the front splitter make the front of the car very low and therefore more prone to scraping. I figure I will be changing the bottom splitter every few years to refreshen the look. Not expensive, only about $200. The bumper, splitter were about $1300 plus painting and installation.

Thanks! I've been hesitant to pull the trigger due to the construction and fitting, but yours seems to have a very good fitting, so I will probably go for it.

Thanks for the info!

beautiful car now. quick question. how did you convince AAA to cover the damages for something that happened on the skid pad?
