I can see headlight warning light issue with this which will lead to cruise control issues and eventually affect the IMS and RMS in some way....

I like them! I don't know if I am crazy about the positioning of the l.e.d.'s though. They might look a little funny coming down the road at night. They should just put a strip across the bottom section of the headlight.

Is that $1800 per pair or per side? + installation

Might as well do the whole front, more pricy but looks great, check it:

I wonder if anybody is making led inserts than can be attached on the slit in the bumper for our cars... much like the ones on the new 997.2 cars... that would be pretty cool; and you can keep your original headlights...

those look mad cheesy IMO. ive seen all these cars(benz, bmws, dodge chargers......im serious!) on the road with the same mod around Chicago trying to recreate the same look as the audi's. u want that look? go buy an audi.

i think your the other 911 that people mistake as me. they keep asking if I was somewhere but i dont drive my car during the week. they always say "but i saw the headlights and lights dark so i thought it was you". I see Larry is doing your mods. Nice, tell i said hello.

Along the same lines, I hate seeing angel eyes on anything other than a BMW as well. I was driving the bimmer and an oncoming Dodge Charger with aftermarket angel eye headlights waived as he passed by. lol.

It's going to be the new Altezza or Buick Fad...

Seems there's a love/hate relationship for these LED headlights. Although I've not seen them re-appear in eBay, I did come across a Japanese website may be stocking them.

[scroll down almost to the bottom]

Says it's new and no price yet. If they're not too pricey (happy to pay up to what those on eBay went for), I may consider picking them up. Will keep you guys updated if I do.

TechArt makes LED DRLs that go into they openings on the front bumper. They are expensive, and they require professional installation to function like OEM lights (when you put the turn signal on for the right side, as an example, the right side LED strip is deactivated until the turn signal stops).
