AnakChan You did some good searching as I could not find these on any sites besides the original eBay posting. The eBay seller said he should have a few more in stock in late Feb. I know all this is a personal opinion, but these look bad ***!!!

Ya not sure if that’s my car that they are mistaking as my wing definitely sticks out and I’m lucky to drive it once or twice a month in the Summer. Ya Larry has definitely received a lot of my business this last year. It’s been fun!

VIPR, great find on the different options offered. I didn't realise that (still like the all white though).

I'll try to talk to the JP shop soon, but knowing this country it'll probably be ridiculous price. I'm hoping that Oz eBay seller pulls through for his Feb prediction - even with shipping, it'll be cheaper than local JP prices.

I found these originally on EBay, seller had 3 for sale and they all sold for $1700+, there is a site as stated in the previous posts but they don’t have any in stock yet.

I don't understand why some company doesn't make the headlights like the 997 but than make the corner that doesn't allow the lights to be round Seperated by a thin defined line and a material that is able to be painted. So it transforms the mk1 to look like a cross between 997 and 993. I'd buy em!

If you look at the 993 all they pretty much did to the 996 mk1 was turn the inner part of the fender into a headlight to get the 996 headlights.

So true, I noticed that too. Someone just needs to come up with a 997 headlight adapter set to mimick the mounting like that of the 993 model.

That way you get to keep your factory fenders, hood, bumper and be able to get the round light look again with least hassles.

I don't think it's 2 different options. DRL mode is with white led's and when you turn on the signal, that bottom portion blinks yellow like the so called "switchbacks". You'd have to confirm with the seller but I think that's what it is.

Options? Nono, the yellow ones are the indicators, white leds are DRL. Also, on that jap-page, the Cayenne headlights are 18900 yen, or around 230 usd. The 996 ones should be pretty cheap.

Well it seems like a vendor got hold of a set and is testing on the vendor classified section.
