Here are some pictures for the black on black look from a seller on ebay. I think I prefer the chrome more than the black version (personal preference). Ill post pictures later of black on chrome.

I think I might have to agree with you on the black. I think they look good on the non black cars, but it's a bit much on the black. I'll probably go with the chrome myself.

Yes, but just as a test. Still need to install the HIDs and clear chrome side markers. Here are a couple of quick iphone pics.

They look great! Think I will order this week. You need h1 and h7 hid kits right? Anything else needed to make these work?

Thanks. The LEDs look great at night and I personally like the chrome ones more. Yes, H1 for High Beam, H1 for Low Beam and H7 for Fog Light. I got the Digital AC Slim Canbus Ballasts with 6000K and 35W HID kits for all 3 bulbs. I havent installed the kits yet so I am not sure. From what I understand its relatively simple.

Really improves the look of the car. Still don't regret my 996.2 facelift tho. Although, I did get the fenders and headlights for only $800.

Retail, this would be a better way to go as a facelift can easily go past $2k with parts.

Cheers
Aaron

Are you putting in 3 sets of HID'S ? I was only planning on doing the Low beam and the fog lights. Was going to use the regular bulb for the high beam. What do you think?

Yes, I am putting in all 3 sets. Might as well do all of them. For me, if I am doing 2 sets I might as well do all 3. Its not too much extra effort doing all at the same time compared to doing it again for just one. Its just the labor, the kit is relatively inexpensive.
