This is how you deliver a car!

Well, the last day with two porsche in one garage. My lovely 996 is going to a good home in ATL. The transport is going to pick her up tomorrow. I miss her already. Spend part of the morning and afternoon detailing the car inside and out for the new owner to enjoy. She looks better than when new...

All that sexyness and carbon interior....

good bye!!!!

+1 on Rep points from me too. If only everyone took as much pride in their cars as you do...

When I was shopping for my 997, I saw plenty of cars with the interior all trashed up. Scratches, dings... it's like the prior owners didn't respect the cars. That's sad.

I am sure the new owner will be very impressed...........if he ever gets to see the car!

The car is still in-transit going on 7 days now. The transport truck has broken down in South Georgia for 5+ days now. I am thinking of putting a trailer on my wife's Navigator and driving the 3 hours and rescue the poor car! This transport company has been a nightmare to deal with. Even though their claim to fame is using their own trucks and drivers, they brokered my poor car out to an independent. He says he can't offload my Porsche because the hydrolics don't work. Tomorrow I will give him an ultimatum, get me my car or I am going to report it stolen (which it sorta is) and then come down there with a sheriff and get it off your truck!
Stay tuned, I will start new thread with my adventures.

What a mess for such a beautiful car to get into. I'm sorry to hear about this, best luck to you in finding a quick resolution.

Hoss, sorry forthe drama, what a nightmare! the first red flag was when the truck driver told me " why did you detail this car? is going to be delivered trashed!" I should've run back then.
