will 20" wheels fit on my C4S?
will 20" wheels fit on my C4S?
hey guys
im trying to see if i can put 20" on my 2002 C4S widebody.
FRONT TIRES ARE 245-30-ZR20 AND REAR 305-25-ZR20
this set was fitted on a 997 narrowbody, just wondering if it will fit my c4s, i know i might need rear spacers for them.
thanks

Yes with spacers as you mentioned. After this it will be more a show car I would imagine as you've already taken a weight penalty with a 4s in the first place coupled with heavier 20's. Dont forget to get the "DUB" sticker.
Not sure why you'd buy a high performance car and immediately take steps to reduce its performance - and make the ride quality suffer at the same time. Looks are subjective, but I think dubs look silly on these cars.
Most of us, including myself will never experience the full potential of these cars especially living in Los Angeles which I do. With the 20's I have NEVER felt any reduction in handling or comfort with my day to day driving. If it was a track car, which mine is not, completely different story. Its a personal preference/style thing so to each their own.

Are you already lowered on coilovers or springs?
no the car is not lowered, stock height, when i make turrns, it rubs against the front panel.
i dont know how to fix the problem
Get the fenders rolled
He stated it rubs against the front panel.
The way to fix this is to get proper wheels and be done with it.
It's like a girl that wears 5" heels and miniskirt in the winter wondering why her feet hurt and complaining she is cold. Lol

I know, but if you're going DUB, why not go all the way?
If it's rubbing against the front panel the only way you will be able to remedy that is to change to a smaller diameter tire. This will mean a lower profile and it's really going to give you a rougher ride.
