What exhaust sound better?

I am interested in getting exhaust for my 996 C2. I don't like the sound of the fabspeed. I am thinking of getting techart or ruf, but I am not sure how they sound like.
Anyone know about the difference between each of them? Any website I can hear the exhaust sound of techart , gemballa, or ruf ones? where can i get the best deal?

none ;-)

just say no to mufflers

I have the extremely loud straightpipe solution and I love it.

AND... I'm climbing the walls to drive this weekend at VIR with these for the first time...

I know people with the PSE and they seem to say its not as much as they would like, I would recommend the Fabspeed, I know someone with it on thier Carrera and they are happy with it.

Keep going with the feedback as I'm interested, as you know from my posts.

Any website links with sounds would be useful, I know they exist - I have seen them before but can't find them.

Thanks.

I had the Ruf, it was a fine exhaust, no resonance. But it's not cheap, it will cost an arm and a leg with the current exchange rate. Last time I checked it was about $2K, up from $1600 a year ago.

I used to have a Ruf soundclip on my Hobbystage page, might still be there, though the quality was not great. Of the 3 (PSE-3.4/Ruf/Fab) exhausts of which I have first hand knowledge I would rate them all very close. At WOT :1 Ruf, 2 PSE, 3Fabs. For daily driving "music": 1 Fabs, 2 Ruf, 3 PSE. Finally for lack of interior resonance : 1PSE, 2 Fabs, 3 Ruf. Again these are all my personal opinions, yours may vary and as I said they are all quite close in every category. The Fabs give a deeper- throaty sound while the Ruf and PSE is more raspy FWIW.
