DCTMS Steering Wheel Install

Really excited my wheel finally came in today. Nice upgrade from stock wheel. Little bit lighter in color but feel it will darken with use.

+996, don't forget about the flat bottom. Now it's up to the new Hyundai Sonata Specs.

On a serious note, a lot of mods(Recaro and Brembo for example) that were special doesn't really seem special to me these days as everyday brands have been implementing them on ordinary cars.

Alpine, I prefer my DCTMS wheel to the Hyundai's because it comes in a Porsche wrapper . I hear what your saying many high end sports car mods have moved to the mainstream. I'm hopping the flat bottom wheel will keep my hand from hitting my leg on the track. Not too mention the grip is so much nicer / better than the old stock wood wheel.

looks great!! is the wheel closer to you? If so by how much, I'm looking for an alternative that moves it closer to the driver. Thx for any feedback

Sleek thanks! The wheel is not any closer but I have an adjustable column that will let me adjust it closer if needed.

Many still do not know about the telescoping steering wheel. Especially the owners that didn't read the manual or never got one.

I wasn't targeting you specifically but damn, you must sit pretty far back or situate yourself like a rally driver.

FWIW, this happened to me for the first couple months of ownership.
