Bolt pattern of C4S & Winter tires question

I could not find this info anywhere, but can someone tell me the bolt pattern for a 996 C4S. It started snowing here, and I need some winter tires and a new set of wheels. I'm guessing the Wintersport 240 are the best? (225/40/18f & 265/35/18r)

Thanks in advance for your help.

I would suggest some 8x18et50 front and 10x18et45rear rims.

Bolt patten is 5X130, 10x18 ET65 rear will fill up better on your wide body!

Is your C4S with SSR wheels? I saw you C4S at Pfaff body shop couple months ago. I think yours is the only white C4S in Toronto. always love white Porsche!! Did you get your TA front from Pfaff?

Yup thats me. I got the TA front from Pfaff. Top notch people.
Now i'm torn. Should I use the C4S in winter (its my only car) but the Techart bumper is pretty low, thus if i hit some ice etc, I may end up with a spider web crack on the bumper.

OR

Get a piece of s**t car as a winter beater?

PS: were you at a track event in Shannonville this past summer? I remember a SY TT there.

Yes, you should use it in winter, that's what it's for, don't 'save' it for the next guy.
My wheel size recs were for winter tires, largest avail is a 265 that will fit on a 10"rim. As far as filling it up, if you use a et65 rim, you must use a 17mm spacer with it, if you do that use 11"rims at the rear. without the spacer you might rub as that et(65) will be pushed in more than the stock 45et.

But would a 265 tire would fit an 11" rim? I would need to get a new set of wheels then. What do you guys recommend?

I would buy Bridgestone Blizzak LM25's if it were my car. They offer the best rubber compound in the combination.

My winter wheels are ebay bbs knockoffs, heavy, but work ok with snow tires. Most of the knockoffs won't clear the big reds on your car, so you'll need 5-6mm spacers and longer lug bolts. It's a royal hassle but well worth it in my opinion.

Damon,

would the Mille Miglia clear the brake caliper on the C4S? Also, any other alternative to wheels? Wish I could use the SSR GT3's during winter too.
