are you saying that my car flat out didn't make that HP, or that the stock TT's are faster based on their power delivery. i didn't really understand what you are getting at.

did somebody hijack your account Don? you're usually an easy going guy with comical posts (right up there with Super D). you're kind of coming off like a dick, so i can only assume a younger sibling has snuck in and is posting under your name

Sorry dog maybe i should explain. i'm purely just stating that all these minor mods are a waste of money. as i should know i have done them all and would never do it again had i know now what i do. Got the SC with headers and exhaust and the cream filling. have driven a few others and even raced turbos. The stock TT was by far much more powerful and faster. although numbers say 430 hp. Dog as you see i have never lashed out at you even after your asian coment. i like what you did with your ride up to the SC, i like your passion. no need to go further you won't get much especially anything you'll see. i think possibly you may not be as happy with your SC system and expected more. i sure did. i have moved on to something else. not porsche. i just think you may oneday wonder what possessed you to waste all this money.

I don't know what SC kit you purchased and what platform (3.4L, 3.6L, C2, C4, C4S ??) you had it installed on....but the FACT of the matter is EVO is getting 11.8@120.4MPH 1/4 mile times out of it in stock trim (3.6L motor) and Ddog's car has MORE power than that. Sorry to hear the SC set-up you dumped $$$$ on didn't run strong enough but on a 3.6L 996 an EVO SC'ed car will easily hand a stock TT its *** and even beat an X50 TT*** (11.8@120.4 mph is NOT stock TT performance....try, mid to low 12's @ 115-117mph)

I personally have not raced a TT in a SC'ed car...however I raced one in my bone stock 02' C2 and I'll tell ya....I got beat but not by "mythical" proportions as people make out the TT to be....I could easily see how having 40-or-50 extra rwhp would of had me completely even with him... (SC's for these cars EVO, RUF, TPC add closer to 120+RWHP)
