Well, today, Eric met myself and my friend Mike Waguespack at my house. We did the springs on my C2 as well as Mike's.

It was a great guys day (ya know, music, cars, dirt (missing bo**b*es though)). By the end we were all sitting around drinking a cool beverage and marveling in our efficiency..........after a few "learning experiences". Nothing like dirt in your hair and on your face, good friends and a few Porsches in the driveway.

We could get the back shocks/springs out and back in, in 20min or less. So we will hire out our services. We offer a three stooges like comedy atmosphere with race car precision...........yeah yeah.

I wanted to say that Eric is one heck of a guy who was invited over to hang out and ended up getting dirtier than Mike and I.

Thanks Eric and make sure to post our "Contest" picture

The day was a blast! Tim could not have picked a better winter day to do this DIY Day. Doing the suspension with 3 guys is far easier then by yourself. Everything came off and on with out a hitch. All three of us learned some great tricks to doing this mod. I think we could now do springs on a C2 in about two hours. The cars looked SOOOOO much better lowered although Mike was worried that he would be entering the Baja 5000 while his car was still up in the air. After we put her down a sigh of releif was heard when his car was looking HOT! The day went so well we have our Next meet planned this time we are doing a under carriage detail day. Mike's car was pretty damn clean under the car (So.Cal raised) Tim's car on the other hand took a peice of Buffalo with it when it. My car NEEDS it too so it will be another fun day, I CAN'T WAIT!!!

I am so happy to have found to great Pcar enthusiasts I can share my disease with. Tim and Mike have it just as bad as me!!! The two of them have a Years worth of mods planned out and their cars are going to look stunning.

Here are some pics throught our day which started at 9AM and concluded around 4PM.

I’m soooooooo jealous!! That had to be a fun day. You guys want to recount the install process for lowering springs? I’m thinking about installing my H&Rs myself. Be sure to include the tools you used so I can go out and buy what I don’t have before the car goes up in the air….

Who's -- Who in the pictures, it's nice to see actual faces for a change of people on this board. Looks like you guys had a great time with it being well spent as well. I like the space of the garage but it could use a banner of a porsche to complete the look, just a passing thought.

I can come up with at least 4 things wrong -- of course it helps that I was there!

Thanks Eric and Tim and for a great Pcar day!
