ummm nope. my car and early carrera2 are lighter than c4/gt3/RS.
i'm saying sharkys supercharged c2 is lighter than his incoming RS.

PS Just noticed man.. you have "996" posts

my car is running very well. i have upped the oil change interval to every other track event... so that's 500 track miles or every 3000 miles whichever comes first. i do the oil changes myself. other than a blown off boost hose, the supercharger has been very reliable. my SC was install at around 70K miles and a recent leakdown test by sharkwerks showed very low cylinder leakage.

I've got a whole bunch of pix of the install (will get those going soon) but for now here's a video of it. Remember the car has a Tubi on it and LWF. With the super charger on there it feels very much akin to a GT3. Similar power delivery except it doesn't rev as high obviously. At 3000 pounds and likely 440hp-ish (small pulley
) it should be a very fun car.

James is the crazy driver so if you see the car fly by it's his fault

hey david.. we'll see you shortly.
Honestly the only parts I'm selling is the SC kit for now. The reason being that I love the way the car currently sits and if I start taking things off it'll just kill it. I've got a couple of interested parties so we shall see

Alex and James, you guys did an awsome job building this car.
I had a blast with it this weekend. She feels "glued" to the road, a few times I could actually feel the inside front wheel come off the ground. LOVE the suspension. WOW.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
For those of you who have not heard this car you are missing out. OMG, you want to rev it just so you can hear the top end. Sounds spot on like a cup car.
I bought the car last Thursday and still can't stop smiling...
Now when can I bring her in for the center radiator to make it fully track ready?

Thanks again for the whole experience. I will miss that tubi sound. There's nothing else out there on the 996s that can touch it. I can't tell you how many people came by to just ask me to fire her up and rev the tubi with the LWF. I don't think the neighbors at the shop will miss her tho...Absolutely on the center radiator. We should get that going as soon as James gets back from Canada on his R&R. The other thing that we sometimes do for the track cars to keep the temps way down is to remove the condensers (hardcore I know).
PS In case you missed it on the other thread. I did find the wiper delete plug mod on my desk today (amazing what I find there) so not only will it look better but you'll save another 4 pounds hehe...
