Well I'm finally putting in my center radiator next week...

Anyone else done one on a 2002+ C2 with aerokit II. Any tips/tricks...

I got porsche antifreeze and new screw clamps to go with the kit and I got Loren's instructions from Renntech, but his was a pre-02.

Thanks,
Corey...

I sit in traffic alot and all I hear is the cooling fans... I live near the Jersey Shore so Friday Mornings and Saturdays. Also when you track the car, it makes a huge difference.

i've heard it helps at the track, but i'm not sure if it will help in traffic as you're stopped and there won't be any airflow through the radiator to create the cooling effect.

make sure you install the shroud around it. i've been told that it really helps. my installer is supposedly putting one on my car now, although mine is used to cool the intercooler fluid for the SC. i guess the shroud forces the air through it, as opposed to circulating around it.

I HAVE to check it out...Gordon was saying good things...

I just got my car a couple weeks ago, but i have plans of a SC in the distant future

Do you need the grill at the lower edge of the hood, ala GT3, to make it work?

i don't think GT3's have a grill at the lower edge. i believe it's just the GT2 and the techart kits. but, to answer your question, no you don't need it.
