C4S has more HP and is a widebody. 2002 C4S will have the facelifted lights/frontend, while the 01 C4 will have the boxster headlights. C4S will have turbo rear bumper as well. Rear lights on the C4S are different too. C4S stock wheels look just like the turbo stock wheels (I believe there might be some slight/subtle differences).
