I am looking to build a custom box for my 996 this weekend. Originally I was going to go with a simple wood box but I am leaning towards fiberglassing a box to fit 3 8" subs behind the rear seat now. I want to see what you guys have done to get some ideas.

u may want to look at this before fiberglassing. Unless you've done it before it is definatly NOT a weekend project.

Lol, i wish they were installed. There was an amplifer "accident" that has been in the works of resolution for the last 4 months. I'll explain it when everything gets worked out completely. All i'll say is if you ever break an amplifer....DO NOT allow a local electronics repair shop fix it....EVER!

I'lll post a bunch of pics when the project is completed!

I have done about 10 fiberglass projects before for various cars. I want to do the glassing myself for the 996 also. Any pics of how these look installed?
