Daily Driver to compliment Turbo?
SubscribeAudi S6 or S8. Cayenne is another option.

So I would like to stay in a lease range under $800 per month (36 months and lowest possible mileage allowance). I hadn't even thought of Lexus as I still think of it as the car my Dad drove...but the new LS and even the GS look pretty cool. I'm not feeling that A3 but i will look at it at the dealer.
Dawgdoc...that's exactly what I needed to hear...I don't need another uncomfortable car...I want this one to be soft, moderately fun to drive and have loads of electronics...plus AWD for bad weather.
Sounds like the A3 3.2 S-line 4 door hatch with DSG fills the bill. Lots of bells and whistles, sporty handling, comfortable, has a modicum of utility, and would save you a ton over the others suggested here. I think it would be a great grocery getter and commuter car for anyone. I've found it to be so much fun to drive that the Turbo may just stay in the garage, plugged in and covered up until next summer.Originally Posted by raclaims
Thanks for all of the replies guys. I'm not looking to spend a ton of dough though (between the Turbo and a Superformance Cobra on the way...I need to be somewhat responsible!!).So I would like to stay in a lease range under $800 per month (36 months and lowest possible mileage allowance). BTW I wouldn't be surprised if you were to buy it when the lease was up.

Don't know what sort of seats you have in your cars, but the seats in my A3 are quite comfortable. My longest day drive so far has been about 250 miles with no comfort issues. The drivers seat has adjustable lumbar support (electric).Originally Posted by Dawgdoc
We have and A6 and A4 and though I love the drive the comfort level is somewhat lacking. After an hour in the A6 my back is killing me and I've tried all the adjustments. Previously owned E500 MCB and S500 and nothing compares to the comfort of the Mercedes seats. If comfort is your goal can't beat a Mercedes.
Seems like most people are suggesting some sort of expensive higher performance car, which to my mind doesn't make sense for a daily driver complement to a turbo. You gotta ask your self, "How fast do I need to get to work, and the corner 7-11". Of course, if you're going to sit idling in traffic on for hours on end, then perhaps a chauffeur driven Maybak with a Bang and Olafsen sound system might be the answer for you.
Man this board is bad for my checking account...now you have me curious about the A8!
Hopefully by this time next week I'll have a good commentary for you guys on a few cars...the wife and kids are going out of town for a few days late next week so I'll have a lot of untinerrupted "Justin" time to spend on cars...
