I have a meteor gray 997 tt cab and I really don't like the stock wheels. I am thinking of buying either the HRE 590R or the 540R 19"...I am stuck on 19", alot of bad roads where I live...any thoughts on which would be a better look?? Also, I haven't figured out the color of the wheel, either silver powder coated or the brushed/clearcoat. I have not seen either color in person, and it is hard to tell from the HRE website. Let me know what you think or if you have some nice pics of either color...thanks for the help...

 

I highly reccomend the 540R on your car get it in brushed as its a fantastic finish and will really make your car even more sportier looking.

 

Get the HRE P40. The best looking wheel for the 997TT from HRE period!

 

i'd pick the 540R's...

I had them on my other car in charcoal color.

 

I'd go with the newer styles - P40 or 590R

If your roads are bad, 19" is the way to go. Saves you tire money as well.

I wasn't even considering the p40's but when I did a search and saw a couple of TT's with em; wow they are also damn nice...just made my decision even more difficult!!

 

P40's or, my favorite, Champion RS171's.

 

My opinion would be to get a polished finish for the wheels and absolutely avoid black, which I consider unattractive.
