Back in the game after 5 years

Hey everybody... I have been a member here since 2003...back then I had an '02 996 Turbo. I currently have an '06 M6 which I am parting ways with tomorrow. I have had it two years and it has been an incredible ride. I have been looking for a replacement vehicle for a couple months. I finally found the one I want in Pittsburgh. I am driving there on Friday to pick it up! Friday can't get here fast enough!

Congrats on the 997, looks very nice. I'd be interested in some thoughts on the 997 vs the M6 when you've got a few miles on the P-car.

I would be interested as well. I haven't driven an M6 but I do love the looks of them.

I will be back in the game too by June. Last turbo I had was in 1997. - just before they stopped making them for a while. Currently in a m5 - which is a awesome car btw - but needed a change.

Congrats on the 997 TT. Major straight line power but you've been experiencing that already with the M6. I have a modded M5 which really kicks butt (11.65 sec. 1/4 mile at 125 mph trap).
The 997 TT and M6 are really apples and oranges and not accurate to compare IMO.
I have the Porsches but prefer naturally aspirated motors.

Enjoy the TT and run it hard.

Cheers, GT3Ranger
