360 Came Through For Me....

To All:

You may remember the thread I started about 360 not providing the best customer service for me. I wanted to know that Jordan and 360 came through for me, and provided me with an excellent product (albeit sightly delayed) and I am happy with how things turned out.

Jordan after we spoke went out of his way to make things right, and more than compensated me for the frustrations that I had.

We are still working on getting some things on the rims just right since these are the first set he's made for an RS4, but at this point I am sure things will work out just fine.

To everyone that said they wouldn't buy from 360 because of my experience, I would suggest that although the whole ordeal was drawn out and unnecessary I would not hesitate to at least give Jordan a call and speak with him. I think they have more than learned what they did wrong in my situation, and have seen a vast improvement in service. I will admit I am a demanding customer, and not always easy to please, but I am satisfied with how things turned out.

I'll attach a picture for everyones enjoyment (I'm not sold on the gunmetal centers, but that was my choice, I may be having them refinished in a brushed look)

Thanks to all that came to defend me, and to everyone that didn't always side with me. Things worked out in the end, and I want to do my part to make sure everyone knew.

I think it may be a slight optical illusion...The car sits near flat in person, it is set up per Stasis's specs for the suspension. .25" difference between front and rear.

I will go remeasure though, because it does look off in the picture.

Thanks for the update. As posted on AW, good looking wheels. The finish is up to you but I think it looks fine.

Jason,

Thank you for the post. I'm glad everything worked out finally, even though we have a few issues to clear up I think you know by now that we'll get it done without question. We'll always be here for you, and all of our customers now and down the road should you have any issues. As I've stated before, 360 is a new, and fast growing company and we are working hard to provide the best service and quality that we possibly can.

Thank You for your business Jason, we truly appreciate it!

Jordan

I think if I were to refinish the wheels, I would go all gunmetal. I am not a fan of polished wheels and/or two-tone but all brushed would also look good.

That's how the car should be (both int and ext)! Euro spec ftw.

Nice interior. Also, the gunmetal centers look excellent. Don't second guess yourself. They truly look good.

I gotta tell you, the gunmetal centers look sick on your car. Whatever satisfies you the most is what's important though!
