Any difference between the charge-o-mat and charge-o-mat II?
It looks like I paid for one and was shipped the other....

yes there are.
charge-o-mat ~ $50-80
charge-o-mat II ~ $120-150
Charge-o-mat II is made by CTek and you can pick up an unbranded version for ~ $70. There are many other options out there as well like "Battery Tender Jr." etc.
