This is where the fun begins.

 

Our customer just saw the photos of his engine and here was his email to us:

"Ohh man what can i say, i'm speechless, its amazing!! It is so clean and I can't believe the craftsmanship and details in this build. I have done
many JDM engine builds in the states from really well knows companies from east to the west coast, but this Porsche engine is special. I can't wait to see what it will do on the dyno. Please thank all the guys that worked on this project, i'm so happy and now I can say that the wait was well worth it :-) Let me know when this baby is going to be installed in your car for testing. I am worried that after you install it, you won't want to let it go. LOL - EK"

We are going to see how the stock tip will handle the power. We have a "plan b" transmission in the works.

 

Fantastic work Todd, it ceases to amaze me how much R&D EVOMS puts into the building of these cars.

This forum cracks me up....it's a shame 'real experiences' if built by paying sponsors are deleted....but IB needs to make money and some tuners have many skeletons in the closet that they can't afford to get out, so I get it....

I do have to say one thing in support of the EVOMS cars. We expected KA to have been completed back in October, 2009. This would have been right after the Texas mile. We were going to rent a track and strip in Northern California and invite seven of the more interesting cars to come with their best.

We received five positive replies plus ourselves. Joetwint who would represent EVOMS personally told me "just tell me the day, we will be there. dk who would represent Switzer asked questions but never replied as an affirmative.

Soon KA will be completed and we still intend to have this get together. If Switzer wants to attend they will still be welcome.

Neither Switzer or EVOMS built my motor.

With that being said I find it hard to believe you have any log term experience in any type of motor sports. To insinuate that any builder hasn't experienced problems in any of their builds is simply a lack of any long term experience.

I'm going to give you a chance to apologize to IB and EVOMS for the above remarks. If you chose not to I don't have any issue with banning you. No back room dealings here. The next move is yours.

 

I wasn't comparing cars....just replying to Todd's BS comment with a fact based comment...which he promptly cried to either you or another moderator to delete.

I can't speak on DK or Tym's behalf as to your CA event...sounds like a fun event....but you do realize that's like a 7000 mile trip for them?
