spark plug change interval

Hey guys just wondering, Alldata and the like says 40k for first spark plug change, however, I am seeing many people state more like 25k, what are your thoughts? would love to hear from those with some miles on their Turbos

On a stock car you can likely go 30-40K... but on 700 cars you're lucky to get around 15-20K I'd say.

so sharky with your expertise, mine has 26k should I do it at 30 or wait till 40? I was gonna keep it stock for a bit then do a tune and exhaust at which point it would probably be easier to do the plugs while the rear bumper is already off. Your thoughts as to what is better for the car would be helpful, thanks in advance, and damn it why cant you guys open up a second shop on the east coast, in the tri state area
